He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, having been certified by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education, as well as by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Parvey is also an Advocate-level member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, one of the most prestigious legal organizations in the country.
- Firm cofounder Bruce D. Frankel possesses similar sterling credentials and has practiced law in Florida since 1977. He, too, is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, certified by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Mr. Frankel is also a former Associate Editor of the Dickinson Law Review, and the author of "Parental Liability for a Child's Tortious Acts," a comment published in the Dickinson Law Review in 1977. Mr. Frankel is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.
- Associate Attorney, Carlos J. Cavenago, III, is a former federal court clerk and Assistant State Attorney who has practiced law in Florida since 2004. Mr. Cavenago is fluent in the Spanish language and is an active member of professional organizations such as the Lee County Bar Association, the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Calusa Inn of Courts.
